There is no purchase necessary to either enter or win the Contest.
1) All participants of Dune Allen Realtys' Contest must be 25 years or older.
2) The Contest officially ends on August 15, 2010 at which time the drawing will be held. The winner will be notified on our Facebook fan page.
3) Enter by suggesting Dune Allen Realty's fan page to your friends on Facebook, then let us know you did so by posting the following on our Dune Allen Realty fan page, "I passed along a good thing... BeautifulBeach.com." We'll get your comment and you'll get your name in our beach bag for the August 15th, 2010 drawing.
4) The winner will receive a free week's stay for up to 8 in a Dune Allen Realty Vacation Rental of Dune Allen Realty's choosing. The winner must use their free week's stay between August 16th, 2010 and December 15th, 2010, excluding Thanksgiving week. Subject to availability.
5) The winner will hold harmless the Sponsor, Dune Allen Realty, Inc., and affiliates from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
