Welcome to Dune 1 Townhome #1, a beautifully situated end-unit in one of the most beloved and intimate gulf-front communities on 30A. "52 family members gathered in 7 Dune I Townhomes once again. I am the oldest - 95 years - the youngest is 2. This is the spot where my 5 children have vacationed all their lives, and now their children and grandchildren are coming. I didn’t reserve for 2027. Perhaps someone will invite me. ;o)
