Decent unit but lots of maintenance issues.

"Good location but the unit entry is next to the back of a restaurant with lots of garbage cans sitting by your door. The windows & stairs need to be fixed and the top floor shower is not big enough to turn around in, but other than that, we were comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with but the rental agreement is different than what was stated on VRBO.

"The location is perfect. Management company was amazing. Quick to respond to any/all questions. A couple of the steps on the stairs had some issues due to wear and tear that were potential trip hazards. That’s is the only reason I gave a 4 on maintenance. Would definitely stay here again!!

"This was the perfect set-up for our family. We loved the first floor mudroom to keep all of our beach equipment. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were nice. This unit is in a great spot for walking to the beach. The private beach access was the best! We will be back.

"Great location with plenty of space for a large family with kiddos. Walking distance to shops, food and the beach. 3 pool options, tennis courts, corn hole, shuffle board - perfect for kids.
The patio could use a few boards tightened, some seating and the doors are tricky. Overall FANTASTIC experience!
