30A Amazing Views - Heated pool for additional charge - offered November 1st - End of April**

Recently updated with new floors, a brand new chef’s kitchen, and an additional bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the first floor, 30A Amazing Views is a magical, lakefront oasis with space for your whole crew, not to mention one of the most stunning homes in all of South Walton. Staying here means you’ll enjoy peaceful Oyster Lake views, a private swimming pool, and easy access to the nearby gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. All this, plus the interior is immaculate, spacious, and luxurious while being oh-so-comfortable too. It’s truly everything you look for in a coastal vacation rental home.

In the main home of 30A Amazing Views, multiple levels allow for plenty of privacy. On the first floor, there’s an elegant great room that’s wide open and spacious. The large living area features glass-front bookshelves surrounding the fireplace, a huge HDTV, and a luxe leather sectional sofa for lounging. Next to this comfy space are four roomy armchairs, perfect for cocktails and conversation.

The newly updated open kitchen is a chef’s dream and features a center island with seating for four next to a dining table with seating for six, and a separate formal dining room with a circular table that seats six more. The huge gas range has six burners and a griddle, ideal for whipping up a batch of fresh banana pancakes! White shaker cabinets, glossy granite countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and mosaic tile detail behind the range add exquisite style to the space. There’s even a wine bar with a separate refrigerator. Large windows over the sink provide lovely lake views.

Next to the living space, there’s a newly added private guest bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. Climb the stairs to the second level, where the perfect primary bedroom suite includes an inviting king-size bed and a seating area, plus glass doors that open wide to the second-floor deck with a porch swing overlooking the lake. The ensuite primary bathroom is a serene sanctuary, with a glass-enclosed step-in shower with multiple shower heads and a separate soaking tub.

The third bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have king-size beds and share a jack-and-jill bathroom. The final sleeping space in the main house is on the third floor and houses two bunk beds- one a full-over-full-size and one a twin-over-full-size. This fun space also houses a pool table, a large HDTV, a full bathroom, and a third-floor balcony with birds-eye views of the lake.

Next to the main home and sitting above the three-car garage is the carriage house. This cozy flat is the ideal space for large families traveling with inlaws or older children who would love a little extra space and privacy. The cozy kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster oven. Plus, there’s a living area with a sleeper sofa and television, two peaceful bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

The backyard of 30A Amazing Views certainly lives up to its name. Oyster Lake is a rare coastal dune lake where you can spend the afternoon fishing or paddle boarding. There’s also a sparkling swimming pool that is ideal for soaking up the warm Florida sunshine.

If the beach is more your style, the soft sand and clear gulf water of Dune Allen Beach are only about a half mile away—easy to walk, bike, or hop in a golf cart and be there in seconds. Plus, you’ll be close to popular Stinky’s Fish Camp for delicious dinners out with your whole crew, and Gulf Place Town Center is right around the corner for shopping, strolling, and sipping a morning latte or a happy hour cocktail. Wonderful Week!

We loved having the chance to stay at 30A Amazing Views! The house is beautiful with an incredible layout for large amount of people. We had 20 people in our group and we were extremely comfortable. The house provided space for each family to have their "area", but also common places that we could all hang out together. A few of our favorite things: The location on 30A, Large kitchen with commercial range, Multiple large tv's, Wonderful outdoor space with grill - comfortable seating, green space, and pool, The beautiful lake view, Nice furnishings throughout the house, 3rd floor bunk room with a new bathroom, Carriage house was fun for our teens. We only had two drawbacks with the house: we paid for heating the pool, but even with heating it was not very warm to swim in. We did have a cooler week while we visited and found out that in cooler temps (50's) the heat pump of the pool has a hard time keeping up. The rental company was helpful and understanding when we talked to them about this. If we had known this in advance we would have not paid to heat the pool as our kids really didn't use it. The second drawback was the distance from the beach. It truly wasn't awful, but good to know in advance. It is about a 10 - 15 min walk. We did use public beach access, which was a very quick drive. All in all we would stay at this house again in a heartbeat!
